If you have the Plus you need to plug it into your PC's USB port, from what I undertsand in the future that wont be necessary, then after it is done put it back into your router.
If you have the Orig MJ then you need to do nothing as it will update on it's own.

Which, according to past experiences, may not be the best idea - heh.

How do I "roll back" the MJ driver? About 2-weeks ago my Windows 7 professional (64x) started rebooting every few hours. After much troubleshooting my number 1 suspect is the MagicJack driver.

@kenmullins,

When you say MJ driver, is it the executable one or the drive that has Format option? Did you also get an error message? What is it?

Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

You can try to rollback your drivers and update the MJ drive as well from your Device Manager while the device is plugged in to it.
