No Screen Pop-up to register after plugging in

I plugged the new MJ Plus into my router, which serves both a Windows 7 64bit machine and a Linux/Ubuntu.

I also plugged the fax machine in since that is where we are going to use it.

No Registration screen popped up on either machine/

What do I do next?

You need to plug it into a pc FIRST, go through the registration process, THEN plug it into your router. No idea how you expect it to work plugged into your fax machine though, unless you meant plug the Fax Machine into the MJ dongle and then a phone into the fax machine ( or use it's internal one). That may, or may not work very well as the fax COULD change the impedance enough to not only screw up caller ID maybe even voice calls. Only way to know for sure would be to try it.

You're right bitstopjoe. You need to plug in your magicJack Plus to your computer's usb port first for you to be able to see the registration page and select a phone number. Once you're done with the registration, plug in the device to your router.

WOW thank you, just what I needed some newbie telling me I am correct...
In another post you told me I was wrong about Alaska being blocked by MJ. I let it slide as you were wrong... Before you start telling people they are right or wrong you need to do your homework..
