Installation error

I bought magicjack yesterday and trying to install it but I'm keep getting error message 'The Installation associated with your computer is invalid.'
I've talked to 4 different tech support agent but no help.
Can anyone help me?
(I'm using Windows 7 64bit)

@ elnino82,

Make sure that Firewall of your system is disabled. Unplug then replug the MJ device then run the uprade (http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/m ... kSetup.exe) while MJ is plugged in then try this:

1. Click the "Start" button then "Settings" then "Control Panel" then go to "Internet Options", under "Privacy" tab, slide the bar down to "Accept all cookies". Under "Security" tab, click on "Trusted Sites" then click the "Sites" button.
2. Un-check the box at the bottom left of the window that says "Require Server Verification".
3. Type the following address into the text bar, reg.talk4free.com then click the "Add" button, and also type in the following address, my.magicJack.com and click "Add" then "Close" then "OK".
4. Unplug the magic jack and plug it back into a different usb port after 20 seconds.

I tried what you said but still getting same error message.
Do you have any other idea?

Hi Buddy,
In my opinion, firstly you should attempt ejecting CD just prior to it asks you to press any key... and you have to format/partition the complete hard disk using Windows.
