Error when starting up MagicJack

Okay, so I have a MagicJack...not plus at home. Recently, it's giving me an error message that I can't seem to find the cause of. It only comes up sometimes, but it says: "The installer can't deploy the file. Access is denied, or the file is being used by the system or is in use by the system or other application. File: magicJackLoader.exe". I get a Retry and Cancel button. Sometimes hitting Retry solves the problem, sometimes it doesn't. What would cause this error?

I would try downloadng the MJ remover program from their web page and then plug the dongle back in and let it start from scratch and re-install their software. Maybe one of MJ files got corrupted...
