MJ Plus - phone contact list not showing up

I had an existing number with original MJ for many years, a few bugs but no complaints. Just got the new MJ Plus, uninstalled the MJ, followed the directions for the new version. Phone book shows up when plugged into computer ... but not when I run through router. Can make and recieve calls okay. Tried the reboot game and still nothing. How do I get the pop up contact list/keypad to show up when I run without computer?

uhmm that's like common sense. Even the dial pad won't show up if you plug it on your router/modem.
