MJ to MJ Plus upgrade

I have had a MJ since Jan. 2010 - love it and it works great. I would like to get a MJ Plus so I don't have to leave a computer running. Can I do this and transfer the current MJ number to the MJ Plus and how ? Is this a good upgrade to make, any issues with the MJ Plus that the MJ didn't have ? Since the MJ Plus doesn't require a computer, I assume no software is needed and using Linux is no longer a problem ?

Thanks a lot for any advice and information any of you can share.

MJ to MJ+ number transfer is easy to do during the registration process.

The registration process involves plugging the MJ+ into a Windows or MAC USB port on an Internet connected computer, Your current MJ machine should work OK for this registration process.

Once you finish the registration process MJ+ will run without the PC, I recommend this upgrade MJ to MJ+.

Keep in mind that the number will transfer to the Plus. Any unused time left on your regular MJ will not transfer.
