Is your MJ phone number a Canadian, Vanity or Custom Number (you selected the last 4 digits)?

Login to your account portal at my.magicJack.com. Click on Phone Numbers tab then click on Add a Year under Number Status. Click on checkout (1 item) then complete your order to renew your Vanity number.

Try to unplug your MJ then plug it back after a minute and check if it works.

I purchased a 5 year plan what I thought was only about 3 years ago. I get a message that my plan/number has expired. I can't find an activation date on my profile anywhere. Where can I find out this information? Thanks,

Nope. The official activation date on my.magicjack.com. I want to confirm that I activated my MJ phone number 5+ years ago since I paid for it. They say it has expired & I didn't think 5 years was up yet. Thanks,
