voice mail

I have magicjack and when I go to retrieve my voice mail I can get into it with out using a pass code. How do I set it to where you have to put in your pass code so only I listen to my messages. As it is now if someone uses my phone and dials my number they can listen to my voice mails.

I "assume" you are using the phone which is attached to your MJ to call your own number to check your voice mail?? Try using a different phone and you will see you need to press * and enter your pin # ( which you changed from the default 1 2 3 4 correct?)

Yes I am using my phone connected to MJ to listen to my voice mail. I have not tried it from another phone yet. Yes I have reset my pin number. So I am guessing you can not set up a pin number to use from your home phone. thanks for the info.
