Incorrect/unadvertised international rate for Philippines?

Hi,

I added a $10 prepaid international minutes. First call said I had 46 minutes. That's $ .217 cents per minute. Looking at the rates, I did not see that price anywhere.

This is a landline phone. The phone number starts with 6344722. It seems I should be getting $0.1310 per minute.

When calling Belgium, rates were right.

Is there connection fee, taxes or whatever when dialing international?

Chatted with customer service. He said 67 minutes were used. My call logs were blank. Didn't know magic jack had to be hooked up to my computer. That comes to about $ .13 per min. He couldn't tell me why it said I had 46 minutes.

Thought I needed an access code before dialing. lol. I never received it.
