Same error on galaxy ace
I am getting the same error message in a galaxy ace.
I have tested the app in a galaxy s2 and on an iphone 3gs and it works fine.
It looks there is an incompatibility with the galaxy ace.
Any one has a confirmation of this, or a solution. Any help will be appreciated.

Make sure that your Android version is on "gingerbread" or higherudsting wrote:i'm getting an error message Error no audio device on my magicJack APP dial pad, using a Galaxy Ace S5830
Re: Android issue
Not the issue, having gingerbread is not the issue, I have had Gingerbread and it still doesn't work. and now I have a SGY S5360 with rooted jelly bean 4.0.6 now, but it still doesn't work.Hadz wrote:Make sure that your Android version is on "gingerbread" or higherudsting wrote:i'm getting an error message Error no audio device on my magicJack APP dial pad, using a Galaxy Ace S5830
Many are finding the android app is still flawed. If it doesn't work on your phone, you're probably better off removing it. It's also kind of a battery drain for a lot of people.

Android phone- No audio issue
Try this. Power off your phone. Insert external earphones to the audio socket of the phone. Power on the phone & start magicjack. Mine got configured & was ready to use! try it, it may work for you too!
Android just updated on August 14. Perhaps this update will address some of these issues on your devices.
