I'm having a problem with my mj+, too long a story here. After four hours of dealing with online support I lost my temper. Here's my post, and their reply:
Me: Please transfer me to somebody whom: (1) English is their native language, and (2) their IQ is above the two-digit level!!!
Beverly: I am one of the supervisor here, and we can't transfer you to any higher level of support
ROTFLMFAO!!!
(never did get the problem solved...)
