Can't install majic jack to laptop with new hard drive

Hi, I have been using majic jack plus about 2 months now. Over the weekend we had to get a new hard drive for our laptop and now can't install it. I have tried, a window comes up 'can't install, click here to go to care page'. I know that there is NO help for anything on the website, so wondering if anyone here can help? THANKS!!

Have you tried installing MJ as an Administrator?
