mj+ and laptop, xp
Thank you! I am getting error 3002, looked it up has something to do with modem, does this mean I need to go get my wifi thing and keep my mj+ plugged into it? I sincerey thank you!

The MJ knowledge base suggests plugging the MJ+ into a router. If you do not have a router, get one and try plugging the MJ+ into it. I suggest you buy a cheap ($25) router at Walmart; if it doesn't work, simply return the router and try another model. If the MJ+ is plugged directly into the router, you won't need to be concerned about what operating system you have on your computer.

Thank You very much. I figure I need 100 ft. of magic jack plus ethernet cable and connecters to reach from my modem. The cable that came with it does not say anything to indicate what size to purchase. I Sincerely appreciate you helping me. Merry Christmas.
