According to a press release, Dan Borislow will no longer be the CEO. Will this mean a change in their operating policies and procedures? I doubt it.

I doubt it as well. Sleazy way of doing business is their trade mark.
BTW, I wish they would publish the number of Magic Jacks actually IN USE rather than those sold otherwise we will have to rely on data from land fills.
