No Call Log

The phone works great. I've been both calling and receiving calls for over a month.
The problem is that no call log is kept.
I log in to my account and click on "show call logs" and there are none.
Any help appreciated.

As far as I know, MajicJack must be plugged into the computer in order to keep a call log.

You cannot modify contact list or call logs unless MJ+ is plugged into a PC
