I get a window popping up with this message. Why is it happening and what can I do about it? Thanks

You need to post a lot more info about your situation for anyone to be able to help you. On what type of system and computer or device is this occurring? How/to what is your MJ connected? Do you have a MJ+ or just the old, standard MJ? When does it occur? etc.
