Cannot call home OOMA number

I bought this MJ to use when I'm out of the country but it wont call my home OOMA number. It just says something about purchasing minutes to call a conference or platform. Wtf?

From what I understand, it's free to call Magicjack to Magicjack, but any other type of call would be considered long distance from another country and you would have to purchase minutes in order to place calls to it.

No, not correct.
It's free back home to USA & CA from other countries, but not to "MJ's famous conference etc" numbers.

If you had two Magicjacks purchased and registered in the USA and took them both of them to England would they be able to call each other for free?
