help, I deleted the partition labeled phone

I was reinstalling WindowsXP and deleted a partition labeled "phone" then realized it was the magicjack partition. I tried doing a partition recovery and it failed to recover. I downloaded a tool called "mjrecover_setup.exe" and it says the device is not found. I tried creating a fat partition and running that tool only to have the same error. What can I do on this? Thank you in advance for any help.

OK I fixed it. I named the partition "phone" then created a folder "Magicjack" then put the file "Magictalk.exe" in the folder then ran auto run and it fired up and fixed itself.
