can't hear push button phone tone????

When a store or whoever says" push 4 for the next prompt" the people on the other end doesn't hear or recognize the push button tone associated with the number on the phone.

Never had this problem before MJ.

Any suggestions??

You'll likely need to chat with mJ chat support and tell them. They have a fix that apparently can only be done on their end. (See thread above.)
