Assuming you've already tried pulling down from "Menu" to "Volume/Headset Control" on the magicJack interface in Win7, with the magicJack in a USB port, try this:
  1. Go to the systray.
  2. Right click on the speaker icon.
  3. Click “Recording Devices”.
  4. Select the handset icon (looks like a phone handset), then “Properties” button.
  5. In the new dialog box, click the “Levels” tab.
  6. Make sure the “Microphone” setting is on 70% or higher.
  7. Click “OK”.
  8. Click the “Playback” tab.
  9. Click the “Handset icon”
  10. Click “Properties”, “Levels” tab, set it to 100% or less.
  11. Call someone while this is open and go between tabs while talking with the person to determine your preferred settings.
  12. Once you're satisfied, click “OK”.
  13. Click “OK” again.
Does this make your phone call clearer?
