My cell phone to MJ home line problem

I've read all simular issues and it's till cont completely same what I have, I'm totally lost along with my TMobile tech rep. I read that it could be problem with www routing setup, but my MJ works for other cases, np.

I can not make calls from all 3 cell phones TMobile phones to my MJ home line,
it's MJplus, no computer, when I try MJ rings you pick a handset and that's it, no any audio heard, cell phone status shows that it's connected no rings heard anymore.

I did extensive troubleshooting, so will just list a facts:
1. I'ts only FROM cell phones onMY account (3 lines) to MJ line problem.
on wi-fi or on Tmobile network ,same results. 1 line belong to my relative who live not with me and don't have any assication with my MJ, 300 miles away.
** call from MJ to my cell phones are OK.
2. I can call OK my MJ line from other cell phones, including Tmobile, Sprint, ATT.
3. I tested it on 2 other phone devices with MJ (electronic and simple old style), results are the same.
4. My friend who I helped to setup MJ also have this problem, and I use my email address for her account

Spent time in chat with MJ support, they said no any problem on their side, go your tMobile,
TMobile took it very professionaly they filed a big ticket on this, and still can' understand what is wrong, I called my MJ from my cell phone with some diagnostics prefixes they arranged to trace and log all details, and Tmobile sees that something is wrong but don't have a solution. I told them that it's MJ line, they didn't tell me anything.

Uff... what esle, it started 1 month ago, when I notice this. Before was OK.

Thanks if anybody can help, I don't think it's router problem, as other phones work fine, and still think that it's some glitch or hook up with MJ, but I can' reach any really tech help.

Just to recap:
1. Calls from magicJack to TMobile work. You hear them. They hear you.
2. Calls from TMobile to magicJack don't. You don't hear them. They may or may not hear you.
3. Calls from Sprint and AT&T work. You hear them. They hear you.

I suspect the problem is with TMobile. Calls are not being completed. Others using TMobile have had similar complaints. I think you'll have to spend more time with them.

There is a remote possibility it could be your router or modem if you're using a very old router or modem. What brand and model are your router and modem? When did you buy them?

Will wait till MJ and Tmobile will follow, the only thing that fell from pattern, that my friend has same problem with ATT mobile.

I wonder sometimes if the mobile companies sometimes sort of intentionally make it difficult to call from magicJack. I have a similar problem calling my mom in another state, buy not my wife -- both using AT&T cell phone plans.

I suspect none of the commercial cell phone vendors are happy with inexpensive VOIP phone services.
