Magicjack PLUS / MJ 2014 WON"T work in STANDALONE MODE

Why does my magicjack PLUS/ MJ 2014 won't work on Stand alone mode?
I've encounter 401 or 503 error message.

Tried everything and also rebooted my router and modem. My friend also uses magicjack have same issue.


Please advice.

Web05.magicjack.com/my/index.html works but I can't enter the chat support, I bet they're flooding now.

Let me get this straight: on your phone you're hearing "error 401" or "error 503" ??? This seems unlikely as they are HTTP errors and magicJack is supposed to be using SIP protocol.

Later in the thread you said my.magicjack.com is also down. In this case, I can understand the 401 or 503 error because you're looking at it on the web.

Lastly, something tells me this was a temporary phenomenon and that the situation is resolved. If the problem still exists, it would help if you could clarify exactly what was/is happening.
