Does the email voice message still work?
I've noticed that I no longer get the email voice message whenever I receive a voice message. Does the email voice message still work?

It does on mine.Los Angeles jack wrote:I've noticed that I no longer get the email voice message whenever I receive a voice message. Does the email voice message still work?
Check your settings:
my.magicJack.com -->
"Call Features" tab -->
"Voicemail via Email" -->
check your current settings.
It may be that your voice mail is going to your spam box.
Consider changing to an alternative email address if your email provider is bouncing them by mistake.
Good luck!

Some mail systems have more than one spam folder.
For example, if your email is hosted by Dreamhost, you might need to check your web spam folder as well as the one in Outlook or Apple Mail.
Alternatively, if you have more than one email address, try using a different one from another domain for directing your voice mail and see if that one works. If it does work, then you know the problem is on your end. Next, set it back to the original email address and test it again.
If it still doesn't work but the alternative email address did, there may be some filter on your preferred mail system that you are unaware of. It may also mean you're not getting all your mail. You may have to check with your mail service provider.
Good luck.

Around the third week of January, I also stopped receiving voicemails, even though I had not made any changes to either my email or magicjack settings.
I followed the "when in doubt, reboot" problem solving approach, and turned off the email feature, removed my email address, then set it up again.
For no good reason, that worked for me. Maybe it will work for you too.

Ah yes my savior! All is well again with my MJP after the "reboot."
