Today I tried to check my voicemail and when I dialed it from the magic jack phone I get a message that " we're sorry, your call did not go through"
So I tried to call and leave a message from my cell phone and the magic jack plus rings four times and hangs up. It worked well, and always rang through to the voice mail. now it just hangs up after four (maybe five) rings and my cell display once flashed " network error" but it never gets to voice mail... Until today, I was getting my voicemail via email and it was really working well.
since I just quit my cable phone service, and I paid for a full year of magic jack service I wene about and changed my number everywhere I could think of and now I have no phone
so I am hoping someone can help me out. if I pick up before the fourth ring, it connects okay to my cell phone, but never, ever goes on through to voicemail, so no one can call me unless I pick up really quick. and they cannot leave me a messge I can call out no problem. Please?? unplugged the magic jack plus device power, waited a while and plugged it back in. I know my internet is working and is surely fast enough. Heck, I was even sending faxes without any problem so I love the device, but now its kind of useless.
Can anyone suggest what has happened? I know about some addon program that people use, but this thing was working for a year and just quit on me and I would like to get an idea of what failed.

so I just added this change that I made to mention that it did not help to shorten the time.
