I am here because I can not call for support anymore, and the chat feature doesn't work either ( I have tried chrome, firefox, and iexplorer on two computers) I have had so many issues with this .....
2 Questions ....
1. How do I remove a device from my list? I had a cell phone, which I no longer use, signed up with MJ and now when ever I try to make a call I get a very annoying message telling me a device on my account has expired.
2. When I go to the call log in my account it shows calls made from March to September of last year. I would like to see my log history from this year, how can I view all calls?
