some local area codes and 800#'s numbers unable to call

Newbie- hello All, 6/1/15

have MJ plus- some 800 & 516 numbers won't go thru. Message comes on to use "1+ the number"- doing this- resulted in still a no call with the voice message again. Anyone have ideas why? Some of these numbers i had called previously with no problem. MJ is directly into router as always has been

as posted here often, there are some Phone companies that don't allow MJ to work with or use their services, so sometimes certain local calls won't work with a MJ.

Also posted are the problems using 800 numbers from a different country...not sure if that's the same issue with you.
