Hi everyone,
I am just installing my MagicJack for the first time, and when I attempt to get a dial-tone, I get a voice saying "Error 1420, check internet connection or contact MagicJack technical support".
I'm stumped as to what could be the issue. It is connected directly to my router, and then plugged into the wall.
