New MJ UI & Magicfeature Plugin Issue

New UI update has confused (=**&^%$ up!!) the Magicfeature plugin. Hope Redpepper & co. would offer an upgrade soon.

I have MJ & MFplugin on a thin client. After the UI upgrade the incoming calls do not ring into the external phone if the MFP is running, and if I exit MFP then the phone rings fine.

Will wait and see for PCPhoneSoft (redpepper) support.

PS: MJ is an old 1st Gen.

Check under the MJ Menu to make sure that the headset / telephone option is set to telephone.

This setup was working fine yesterday.

Today, the phones will not ring with MJ Features operating.

I sent them an email also. I was having the exact same problem. No ringing, and incoming calls could hear me, but I could not hear the caller.

I also am having this issue and more. None of the magicfeatures plugin features are working ever since magicjack updated the UI/Dialer. I have sent multiple emails with symptoms and logfiles to the support email at pcphonesoft and have not heard a single word. Anyone know a good work around for call blocking since MJF is not working?

Same problem here. Cannot use magicfeatures because my phone won't ring. Sounds like a serious compatibility problem between magicfeatures and the new UI for magicJack.

Who would have guessed magicJack would ever change out their 7 year old trademark dialer design for something even larger ??? Unfortunately, magicJack don't provide any way to do downgrades even for a few days.

Our MagicJack+ Failing symptoms included the above problems with losing network connections(direct and Computer), loss of audio, computer would fail to see USB device. Failed fully after about a month.
