MagicJack hijacks sound controls

Using windows 7, my issue is that people cannot hear me hardly at all on skype/other programs and magicjack over my headset (handset is fine).

Did some testing, I cannot even raise any of my mic inbound volumes over 70% with magicjack in, and it lowers them when the software boots up. It thinks 70% is the max. The second I unplug and close the software it works fine. Does anyone know of a fix?
