don't bother chat with MJ customer support. they just waste your time.
all you need to do
- the unplug everything from MJ.
- test the MJ internet connection.
- if no problem there and the MJ device is rather warm, freeze it for a while. let -MJ warm up back to room temp. plug them all back in
and it will work

they wasted my precious afternoon asking to power of, disconnect, passing to another support... so forth. I have done all that before I call them. and I told so in the outset
I initially thought may be my Canadian phone# some how expired prematurely and asked them about it. one person told me it will expire 12/24/2021
another person told me Dec 24 this year and that is correct. they tried to get me to switch port, rest router. I told them no since I already know the router is working and I did verify the internet (plug) used by MJ works with another device. they try to remote in my pc. as I suspected they could not do anything there visibly other viewing what's on the pc, the internet explorer. may be they somehow access my network to connect with the MJ behind the scene.
after a long long while I saw him close my chat session, and the remote control session without asking me.
I tested the MJ; it still has same old problem. what an exasperating experience with MJ support!
error 3002- check your internet connection
