Hi, I would appreciate any help.

I was a xFinity customer but 2 days ago I dropped my xFinity cable TV and digital phone service. Kept the internet.

I then connected my magic jack and ported my old number to majicjack.

- I can dial out with no issues.

- But when I dial my home number from any phone (cell or land line) I get a message: "you have reached a non-working number" followed by some numbers.

Any ideas what I need to do to receive incomming phone number?
