phone no more caller ID, no ringing sound, new voice???
Switching to Magic Jack i just have the device plugged into power source and router and set up account with Magic Jack and that's it. I now can't call my home phone no sound rings and nothning is showing. And no callier ID and voice message that i left before please someone teel me waht is going on!!!!

It you have a newer USB power pack from a cell phone, swap it with the MJ power unit that comes with the MJ. Try it to see if it fixes your problems. The newer cell units have a higher current rating than the 1 amp MJ power adapter, I have read some have been known to fail. Simply, if that works, you found your problem, go out and buy one if you don't have an extra laying around.
