Nah has nothing to do with DSL causing the beeps. STRICKLY a VOIP anomoly

The beeps you hear are DTMF talkoff. Look it up and you can read all about it. It's a problem when using out-of-band dtmf signalling. MagicJack used to use inband signalling, but I suspect they want to use a more compressed voice codec at some point (for which, inband signalling doesn't work). Many hardware manufacturers have filters built-in which reduce or eliminate DTMF talkoff, although Linksys still seems to have problems on some of their adapters. It would seem that Tigerjet and/or MagicJack also haven't put in appropriate filters to eliminate this problem. It shouldn't be a problem if a VOIP provider has done their homework.

Have chatted with MagicJack (MJ) support on 4 occasions concerning constant beeping when on the phone. It sounds like someone is pushing the phone keys. On these 4 occasions I have done every fix MJ asked and they have reset the device on their end but nothing stopped the beeping. MJ chat even took over my computer to check my modem and router and said everything was alright. I have 4 phone numbers with MJ, 3 phones and 1 fax. All 3 phones had the problem. I suspect my fax did to, because my faxes would rarely go through the first time. My IP is Cox cable. Yesterday I ran a speed test on my computer and it showed 21 MB/sec download and 14 MB/sec upload speeds. I have had the same modem for 10 years, but the speed has more than doubled in that time. After further research I discovered my modem was DOCSIS 2.0 (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification). The DOCSIS 2.0 is not adequate for the speeds indicated. I checked the Cox web site to see what modems were compatible with their system. They recommended several and all were DOCSIS 3.0. The 1st on their list was a Cisco DPC3010. I found it on Amazon for $89.95. I called my local Cox store and to my surprise they had it for the same price and in stock. I went to the store, purchased it, they registered the MAC address for me at the store, so it became a simple plug and play installation. The beeps in all my phones is gone. Also I ran another speed test and had 31 MB/sec download and 24 MB/sec upload. I hope this information is helpful.
