quick question: is the excessive usage for outgoing call only? i use the MJ mostly for chatting with friends, and, most of them have cell plans with unlimited night minutes and i can ask them to call me.

so is it ok in this case?

Probably, because they leave incoming active when they shut someone down for excessive use.
