voice mail

can some one explain to me why some have voice mail and some don't? i went into vmail and changed my pw a long time ago, but never set it up, now i went to set it up and they ( mj ) tells me they are doing upgrade and i will have to wait. is this right or am i doing something wrong. thank grm

voicemail was a problem for me last week. (No email notifications all week, then 15 all at once). MJ tech are obviously working on the system.
