7 digit dialing local numbers, beep, priority w/TC softphone

I'm using a HP5700 1GHZ with the softphone (non-service model) magicjack.

That being said, I've created a tool to allow seven digit dialing, enable high priority operation of the magicjack.exe and to beep when the magicjack softphone is initialized (for unattended operation so I know when the device has completed booting). The tool is run by creating a shortcut to it under the Start menu Startup folder and adding the switches for the features you want to use in the shortcuts properties. I use all 3 options, and it's working perfectly for me!

The seven digit solution goes old school: to dial long distance you have to dial 1. So locals require just 7 digits, and long distance requires a 1. If you've gotten used to dialing 10 digit long distance, this will produce problems because it will insert your local area code. If it's a problem, you just don't use that /l switch and keep with the 10 digit dialing for local and long distance. Calls beginning with an * are also excluded from local area code modification. 911 calls, etc are uneffected.

This option was not designed to work with the service model installs. It will also not work as well when using Magicjack on a PC where others use it with other programs and to do emails, etc. Thin client installation was the intended configuration.

So just download, unzip, copy all files to folder on TC, prepare shortcut, commit changes on device, and reboot.

No source, just .exe, sorry. Will monitor replies to post to see if I can assist those with problems.
