What should I look for in a thin client

First of all I have yet to have my MJ not sound like a horrid cell call. Drops gaps ect.

I am now thinking if going with a thin client. Will this solve my problem?

At this time I have XP on the computer that I have the MJ on.
My internet connection is ATT Uverse. Up to 12 Mbps

I would also like to use the MJ for faxing too

What kind of ThinClient am I looking for? How hard are they to set up?

Any help would be appreciated
