i found out that my router firewall was set on high...
thats how i managed to find that there was a problem in unable being to hear after i dial a number... when i changed the settings of my router's firewall now its working ,, try to disable it or set it to medium or low.. or if u know mj port number put it in the trusted applicated in ur router's firewall settings
