Calls drop out after a few minutes, then come back

I have had the magic jack for a couple of years, and have called the support line several times trying to find out what the issue is, but no matter what, hasn't been resolved.

The reception and clarity are great. The only problem is that after talking for a few minutes, the call drops... sounds like the person on the other end of the line has hung up, but after 15-20 seconds, they come back in. Then in a few more minutes, the same thing happens again. This repeats for the duration of the call, and is quite annoying.

Has anybody had this problem that has been resolved? If so, what did you do to resolve the problem?
