can't recieve calls from a landline

When you call my magic jack phone number from a land line you get a message that says your call cannot be completed as dialed please check the number and try again. when you call my magicjack number from a cell phone or a digital phone service it goes through and rings, can anybody help me with this?

The landline carrier is probably slow to update their routing tables for new exchange codes owned by YMAX (MJ). Call the landline repair service and explain the problem.
