I'm a little hard pressed to describe the problem. I am outside the U.S. and signed up for the service to make free calls to the U.S. Download and registration seemed to go fine. But when I put in a phone number there's no sound, and no connection is made. I was able to make a call to another MagicTalk number using the *#* procedure.
I run Kaspersky anti-virus and possibly it's "protecting" me by not letting MagicTalk work, but I've been through it and don't see anything to allow. Other than that I'm at a loss as to how to troubleshoot this problem.
Any ideas?
