Cant Make or Receive Calls. Have dial tone. Send not green.

Using a Desktop Compaq computer with an AT&T dry loop with Westell Modem Magic Jack worked for one week then stopped. Now the dial pad is up says stocksymbol: Call. All the images are there. The only difference from when it was working is the send button is not green.

I have a dial tone. And can see the numbers when I punch them in whether I do it on the telephone or on the soft pad. But the calls do not go through. I can not receive calls. Calls made to my number go straight to voicemail.

I've spend about 20 hours chatting with MJ tech support. Anti-Virus Kaspersky although not activated was blocking it the first time around when it was not working. I completely removed this antivirus software. No antivirus software is on my desktop. I'm using Mozilla Firefox, but I tried Internet Explorer 7. Then went back to Mozilla after completely uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I've added all the exceptions in tools, options:

I'm disabled windows firewall.
Check the device manager for sound. Tiger jet is there for the usb port and the device is recognized.
Of course all the uninstalling, using the MJ remover tool and reinstalling, using different usb ports, adding the port 5060, and port5070 udp, downloading the upgrade link and running it was also done.

In my computer sometimes I'll see Magic Jack and its four files. When I go to safely remove hardware, I'll see that MJ is in the E: drive.

For the Network Connections, Local Area Connection, properties, TCP, IP properties, general I used:
preferred: 67 90 152 122
alternate: 67 107 71 186

But then I changed it to automatically detect settings to obtain IP and DNS.

Oh the green light on the send button is a dark color. The Button that says End does work for I can click it to end.

Any help would be much appreciated.......
