RTP300 with magic jack

OK, I did alot of research and decided to buy the rtp 300. I was luck enough to get a brand new unopened one and all I had to do was use cyt to change the admin pass and I can now access the voip options.

I now moved onto the second part, get the sip info from the mj. I downloaded Stroths MJ Utilities 1.6 and set up all the options correctly. I then proceeded to recover my sip info, but I keep getting "no sip data found, please try again" I have tried dozens of times with the same result, I also tried on a windows xp machine with the same problem. How do I get my sip info!!!?????

MJ with an ATA has been dead for some time. You just think you have your SIP credentials. MJ keeps them hopping and no one (publicly, anyway) has found a way to deal with it. From all reports, it won't be back any time soon. Use your ata with voipmyway or some other service.

You have the correct sip info. You are just missing a minor factor to allow you to pass the MJ enhanced authentication procc. Once you have that solved, you should be good to go. BTW, you will need a win or 'nix based app in conjunction with your ATA.

Don't dare to ask for details. This info is locked up tighter than a crab's a$$hole, and that's waterproof
