i cannot make an out going call

Good day to all of you! i have a problem with my magic jack. since i installed it, i could not make an outgoing call but i can recieve incoming calls. i have a dial tone, but whenever i dial the number, i could not hear my phone ringing. it even does not register in the calls. i tried to with telephone and with headset, but still i could not call my friends. but i dont have any problems in recieving some calls. please help me... Thanks

For one, this is NOT the right place to post your question. That is why there is a TECHNICAL SUPPORT section... Second I have to "ASSUME" you didnt even bother to do a search on your question ( and I assume that since you didn't even see the Technical Support section).
