JOLT's pay-as-you-go queries

I just found out about JOLT's pay-as-you-go, and it seems to be the best prepaid PAYG GSM offer I was able to find so far.

Some questions:

1. How stable is the company?
Are they likely to be there a year from now? It seems there were some major changes in 2009 and a lot of accounts lost balances
2. Do they really give AT&T coverage?
3. Do they allow free calls to toll free numbers?
I use some calling cards that give me a toll free number to dial. Will JOLT charge me to call these numbers?
4. What is their $25 charge for the PAYG sim?
5. What doe sthe term "RTR" on their plans webpage mean?
How long will they maintain my account if I refill using $20
6. Do they have any hidden charges - monthly deductions for E911, regulatory fees etc?
7. Do they charge for incoming SMS?
I often get SPAM from random numbers and it irkes me when I land up paying for them
8. How good is their customer service
Depending on how their service turns out, I might change from a PAYG to a monthly plan like their $40 unlimited plan. How easy would taht transition be?
9. Any feedback personally from the members?
10. Any other MVNO suggestions with good PAYG options? GSM preferred, but great CDMA options valued.

Heard about them, but they are not GSM and I have a lot of GSM Phones lying around.
