How to setup X-Lite with NETtalk sip info

Can some one show me how to setup X-Lite with NETtalk sip info please....

I tried the below settings but it doesn't work:
User Name: <xxxxxx>
User Password: <xxxxxx>
Server: sip1.tktelco.net
Port: 5060

I'm not sure what you gain by running nettalk with xlite being you can run your DUO/TK from a computer if you want to already. Look in the forums here and you can find the info you want. Just letting you know it is a violation of their TOS to use their service with 3rd party software/hardware.
