Any help with configuring the SPA-2102?

Is it possbile to change caller ID that is displayed with using a SPA-2102

Yes and Yes.

Reffer to this for spoofing. For unlocking if you had sunrocket and you would like to unlock it then go to this site

I am also having problems getting my SPA2102 registered. Does anyone have more explicit instructions? I have all my credentials...
