Cannot Access Voicemail

I was setting up my voicemail when I got another call. I tried to call back to access it and it would just beep and not give me enough time to click the * to access the menu. Tried everything including hitting the * immediately after dialing. How do I get back in so I can finish setting up the outgoing messages? Please help!

Nevermind. Found out I have to change the email address that messages are delilvered to and then suddenly I could access the voicemail again. Hope this helps someone else.

How long after you changed your email address were you able to access your voicemail? I'm having the same problem as well.

How long after you changed your email address were you able to access your voicemail? I'm having the same problem as well.

I figured it out. I originally changed my email address under the "My Account" tab. I just now changed my email address under the "My Numbers" tab, and it now works! I guess I wouldn't have thought to look at the "My Numbers" tab for an email address notification.
