Magic Jack challenged

Hello, I just got my Magic Jack. I didn't seem to have any problems installing it. Seems I can make and receive calls. The voicemail does not work. When I run the magicfix compatability check it tells me it can not access the magic jack . Says to detach and reattach, which I have done and still have the same issue. As of yet, I have not been able to get tech support. Any help someone here might be able to give would be appreciated!

Mine says the same thing... tech support told me to ignore the error... works fine otherwise... and, yes, voicemail has not been working for the last 24hrs....
