Has anyone tried MJTweaks.exe for 7 digit numbers

LevelBest suggested using a program called MJTweaks.exe to provide 7 digit dialing in lieu of 10 digits in November 2010. Has anyone been able to get this program working in their thin client. I am using an HP5710 updated an was wondering if anyone has been successful using this program. His original input is located elsewhere in this forum but is difficult to locate using forum search. I am curreently using MagicFeatures but was wondering about the success of MJTweaks.exe as an alternative.
